Total Delivery Time
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time+ Shipping Time
Processing Time
For non-customized products, the processing time is approximately 3-5 working days.
For customized items, the processing time is approximately 7-10 business days.
Shipping Time
The actual delivery time also depends on the time spent on custom clearance, based on our statistics 90% of the orders will arrive in 10 days. An expedited shipping option is also available, it normally takes 3-5 days.

Lost Packages
We are not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If your tracking number reads as successfully shipped and the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced.
